Pavel Khramshin was appointed Chairman of the Board of Obibank Ltd. by an extraordinary general meeting of Obibank participants held on December 14, 2010

An extraordinary general meeting of Obibank Ltd. participants held on December 14, 2010, appointed Pavel Ivanovich Khramshin Chairman of the Board of Obibank Ltd. A positive decision on Khramshin’s appointment by the Moscow Main Territorial Department of the Central Bank of Russia was received on December 10, 2010.

P. Khramshin was also elected a member of Obibank Ltd. Board of Directors.

Until recently, Khramshin worked in METROPOL Group of Companies in the capacity of Deputy General Director for financing arrangements.
