Employee from Metropol (UK) Peter Kuznetsov became the roller skiing champion of England in the age category after 40
On September, 15-16, employees from Metropol (UK) Herman
Mihajlov and Peter Kuznetsov took part in the Ski-Roller Blading
Championships of England and Scotland. Competitions were held near
to picturesque Scottish places Hantley and Avimore.
The participants competed on short-distance of 7,1 km in the
first day of the competitions. In the second day, the sportsmen
were to overcome 5.4 km uphill - difference of heights between
start and finish has made 380 m!
Peter Kuznetsov who has outstripped the legend of the British
biathlon, the sixfold participant of the Olympic games Mike Dixon,
on the finish of 7,1 km race for 14 seconds became the champion of
England in the age category after 40.
