NewsSeptember 08, 2004 IFC METROPOL to sell OAO Yarenergo sharesIFC METROPOL was appointed brokerage to conclude an agreement of agency for the sale of OAO Yarenergo shares owned by the Yaroslavl government. OAO Yarenergo is the main supplier of energy and heat in the Yaroslavl region. According to the company’s representatives, RAO UES holds 47.36%, the Committee for the Yaroslavl municipal property management – 5,19%, the Russian Property Relations Ministry – 4,96%, ZAO Energostroimontazh construction company – 2,38%, individuals – 8,52%. 27,71% are under nominal holding. |
