The IFC «METROPOL» is the organizer of bonded loan of the Limited Liability Company «Nizhne-Lenskoye-Invest».

The Investment Financial Company «METROPOL» allocated the bonded loan of the Limited Liability Company «Nizhne-Lenskoye-Invest». The guarantor under the bonded loan is the OJSC «Nizhne-Lenskoye», dealing with mining of natural rough diamonds in the Eastern Siberia (Yakutia), whose 100% shares belong to the state, namely, to the ministry of property relations of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia).

The rate per coupon of the three-year bonds, according to the results of the tender, which was held at the Stock Exchange of the Moscow Inter-bank Currency Stock Exchange was established at the level of 16 % annually. The nominal value of papers - 1 thousand roubles, total value of the loan - 400 million roubles. The bonds have 6 semi-annual coupons. The rates of the second and third coupons are equated to the rate of the first one, the value of the other coupons is appointed by the emitter. The payment for the first coupon at a rate of 79 roubles 78 copecks for one bond is to be made on January, 10, 2006. The opportunity of a pre-schedule purchase of the papers at a nominal value under demand of their owners, with possibility of further circulation of bonds, is stipulated. The date of purchase of the bonds is the 5-th working day starting from the date of payment for the third coupon. The whole issue has been allocated fully during the re-subcription: 24 applications were made in total (two of them were cut off) on the sum of 425 million roubles.
