NewsFebruary 18, 2014 IFC METROPOL as a co-manager in the new issue of Eurobonds of "Gazprom"17 February in Paris and 18 February in London "Gazprom" held roadshows of Eurobond of 35 series. Organizers of the transaction: Credit Agricole, JP Morgan and Gazprombank IFC METROPOL became co-manager in two Eurobond issue tranches of "Gazprom" for a total € 750 million with a yield of 3,6% per annum. The term of placement is 7 years. IFC METROPOL performs as co-manager "Gazprom" Eurobonds placemen since 2010. |
