Chairperson of the Board of Directors of MBC Corporation I.А.Okhtyrsky was elected Chairperson on the Russian side of Russian Turkmenian Business Council

Constituent sitting of the Russian side of Russian Turkmenian Business Council was held on the 19th of February 2008 in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (CCI of RF). Representatives of CCI of RF and of the companies of "Gazprom" group also entered the Russian Turkmenian Business Council. Counselor of the Chief Executive of the President of Russian Federation L.V. Potapov was elected Chief of the Supervisory Board under the Russian Turkmenian Business Council.
Having expressed his gratitude to the participants of the sitting for giving him their confidence I.А. Okhtyrsky stated his view of top-priority tasks that the Board is confronted with. He emphasized that Turkmenistan today is the most attractive country in Central Asia in terms of investment. Such a situation is encouraged by its wealth in natural resources, geographical position and current demand for investment. I.А. Okhtyrsky marked that a solid basis for a mighty heave in terms of both countries was laid last year as a result of meetings and negotiations of the Presidents of Russian Federation and Turkmenistan.
