NewsJuly 04, 2008 The MBC Corporation and the Rusinvestpartner CJSC signed a Memorandum of Understanding concerning Rusinvestpartner’s acquisition of a participating interest in the Ozernoye and Kholodninskoye lead-zinc deposits and their accompanying assets in the Republic of BuryatiaOn July 3, 2008, the MBC Corporation, the part of METROPOL Group, and the Rusinvestpartner CJSC signed a Memorandum of Understanding concerning Rusinvestpartner’s acquisition of a participating interest in the Ozernoye and Kholodninskoye lead-zinc deposits and their accompanying assets in the Republic of Buryatia. The Memorandum was signed by MBC Corporation Director General O. Mikhaylenko and Rusinvestpartner Director General V. Potylitsyn. |
