Investment and Financial Company METROPOL acts as a chief co-organizer in the issue of bonds by FSC EES OJSC
Investment and Financial Company METROPOL acted as a chief
co-organizer in the issue of the 15th series of optional 3-year
bonds by FSC EES OJSC for the amount of 10 bln. rubles with the
period of circulation making up 12 years. The issue was
successfully completed on October 24, 2011.
The transaction arose interest in the investment community: as of
the moment of closing the bid book was over-subscribed by 2.5 times
in comparison with the previously planned placement scope. The
issuer made a decision to satisfy 60 bids from the investors.
The bonds were distributed among a wide range of investors
including banks, investment and managing companies. About 25% of
the total demand was represented by foreign investors.
The final rate of a coupon at the moment of placement was set at
the lower limit of marketing range – at the level of 8.75% per
annum.
The transaction was organized by the following companies:
Renaissance Capital, Gasprombank, VTB Capital, Sberbank of
Russia. Investment and Financial Company METROPOL acted as a
chief co-organizer, another co-organizer was Troika Dialog.
FSC EES OJSC was founded in accordance with the program of Russian
energy sector reformation as an organization in charge of the
management of the Unified national (All-Russia) electrical network
(UNEN). The main areas of its activities are the following: UNEN
management, rendering of services to wholesale energy market
players, especially the services of electrical energy transfer and
connection to electrical networks; investment activities in the
field of UNEN development, maintenance of electrical networks;
technical supervision of the state of network objects. In 2010 UNEN
networks supplied 470,648.072 kW/h of energy. FSC EES OJSC is also
a player on corporate bonds market. Before the issues of series 13,
the bonds of series 02 and 04 for 7 bln and 6 bln rubles,
respectively, were in circulation, and the term of circulation made
up five years.
Investment and Financial Company METROPOL was founded in 1995. It
provides broker services, participates in the transactions of
reorganization, enterprises sale and purchasing, attraction of debt
and share capital, realization of assets, financial and corporate
consulting. The company is experience in public (IPO, SPO) and
closed securities allocation. National rating agency confirmed
individual credibility rating of Limited Liability Company
Investment and Financial Company METROPOL at AAA level (maximal
credibility).
