Report on results of share issue by OAO Russian insurance center registered

In summer IFC METROPOL rendered the services of a financial consultant to OAO Russian insurance center. It helped to prepare the prospectus and monitor the center’s information disclosure related to share issuance. The additional issue volume amounted to RUB 400 mn. The report on the issue results was registered with the Federal Service for Financial Markets. (Date of registration: September 30, 2004; registration number: 01-00015-Z-006D, date of issue registration: June 4, 2004)

OAO Russian insurance center was set up in 1992. The company‘s founders and shareholders include a number of major military and industrial companies. The company offers over 70 types of insurance. According to rating agency Expert RA the company has the highest stability rating "A+" .
