1998

  • The Company expands its services to include trust management for client portfolios and depository services. 
  • IFC Metropol becomes a member of the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories (PARTAD) and a member of the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange. The Company is also accredited by the Russian Federal Loan Center.
  • The Company is audited in accordance with IAS standards by Deloitte&Touche.
